Register for a booth at the Kearney Dog Sled Races
The Kearney Dog Sled Races welcome local vendors with space at the Kearney Dog Sled Races to display their products or service. Vendors will be provided with a 10’x10′ booth space at the Kearney Community Centre (Race Central) for the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) of the Kearney Dog Sled Races. Booth fees are just $40, if you need a larger space this can be arranged for an additional fee, just let us know.
By completing the form below you are expressing your interest in being a vendor at this years Kearney Dog Sled Races. To ensure a good cross selection of products and services, the Kearney Dog Sled Races Committee reserves the right to choose who is allocated space.
Please bring your vendor registration $40 payment with you.
Kearney Dog Sled Races
VENDOR RULES AND REGULATIONS
Space for concession and exhibits will be allocated on a “FIRST PAID, FIRST SERVED” basis. This applies to inside and outside concession space therefore, completed applications for space and cheque payable to the Town of Kearney – Dog Sled Races should be returned to the Vendor Contact as soon as possible.
2015 Event Dates and Hours
- Saturday, February 7th 8:00am to 4:00pm
- Sunday, February 8th 9:00 am to 2:00pm
- Outdoor booth – 15ft deep by 10ft wide
- Indoor booth – 10ft dept by 10ft wide
- Additional 5ft sections are available and must be requested on the application form.
Online payment or Cheque or money order payable to the Town of Kearney – Dog Sled Races must accompany the signed contract. This does not guarantee acceptance as a concessionaire at the Dog Sled Races because space is limited. If you are not accepted, your cheque or money order will be returned to you. You will be notified as soon as possible by the Committee of your acceptance or non-acceptance to the Dog Sled Races.
Cheques and contracts are to be mailed to the: Kearney Dog Sled Races, P.O. Box 38, Kearney, ON P0A 1M0.
No concession will be occupied, erected or used until the rental fee is paid.
Payments will not be refunded if the client cancels after February 1, 2015.
We prefer the set up be done Friday from 6:00pm until 9:00pm but other arrangement can be made with the Vendor Contact Person. Each Vendor is responsible for all material and labour for erecting their booth
The Dog Sled Committee will supply table and chairs for the Inside Booths. Outside Booths must supply their own tables and chairs, etc.
Booth and displays must be removed by 2:00pm Sunday February 8, 2015. Booth space must be cleaned completely and left free of garbage upon leaving the Community Centre or Outdoor Areas.
Concessionaires may not park personal trailers at the Kearney Community Centre. Parking is available behind Fetterley’s Garage or behind the Iron Skillet.
Kearney Dog Sled Races Committee reserves the right of refusal of any items deemed inappropriate. Prohibited items include cigarettes, lighters, alcohol and replica fire arms, knives, swords, firecrackers, illegal substances and paraphernalia. If a vendor is caught selling any of the above mentioned merchandise, they may be asked to leave the event at the discretion of the Committee, with no refund of vendor fee being given.
Kearney Dog Sled Races Committee also reserves the right to cancel this contract and /or refuse space rentals to vendors in subsequent years that do not comply with the terms and conditions.
