Register for a booth at the Kearney Dog Sled Races
IMPORTANT NOTICE Our event has moved to the Kearney Legion. All vendors must be prepared to set up outdoors providing their own methods of set up and display. Thank you for your attention.
The Kearney Dog Sled Races welcome local vendors with space at the Kearney Dog Sled Races to display their products or service. Vendors will be provided with booth space for the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) of the Kearney Dog Sled Races outside of the Kearney Royal Legion.
Booth fees are FREE with a donation to our silent auction of a package worth the equivalent of $40 purchasing value or more. Vendors are also required by the Town to have proof of insurance on hand, or must register for insurance with the Town of Kearney at a cost of $25. If you need a larger space this can be arranged for an additional fee, just let us know.
By completing the form below you are expressing your interest in being a vendor at this years Kearney Dog Sled Races. To ensure a good cross selection of products and services, the Kearney Dog Sled Races Committee reserves the right to choose who is allocated space.
PLEASE DO NOT SEND PAYMENT UNTIL YOUR VENDOR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED VIA EMAIL BY THE COMMITTEE
If you choose not to provide a donation to the auction or wish to purchase insurance from the town, payment can be made by cheque, pay pal or in person.
If paying by cheque – make cheques payable to the Town of Kearney – Dog Sled Races and mail to PO Box 38, Kearney, ON P0A 1M0
