Vendor Registration
Thank you for considering the KDSR to showcase your business! Please note that ALL vendors booths are located OUTSIDE at the Kearney Legion. We provide a fire for warmth and some propane heaters. Set up can be any time on Friday. We ask that you do NOT come to set up on Saturday morning as there is intense traffic from arriving mushers. Take down can be any time Sunday afternoon.

Please complete as much of the following information as possible, it helps the committee decide who will be allotted space at the Kearney Dog Sled Races.

Please let us know if your business is on Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Google+ Etc). If you have more than one Social Media page for your business please include a list in the comments section below.
We do not charge our vendors for booking booth space. We ask that you provide an item or gift card for service to our silent auction at a value of about $40 retail. If you require vendors insurance, that can be purchased directly from the Town of Kearney
